Our Services: Leads Factory assists businesses with marketing, advertising and financial services including the transfer of lead data to those businesses. Leads include personal information about consumers seeking quotes for financial products and services, and who have given their consent to be contacted. We provide these services using our own Leads Distribution System (the system) which we have created for that purpose.

Consumer Protection: Personal information may be collected from you and stored electronically. This information is collected from you whenever you register or modify your account. This information is used by us to contact you and to provide you with any services that you require.

Complaints: Any complaint that you may have in relation to the business services provided by our firm should be made by email to info@leadsfactory.net Any such complaint will be acknowledged within 5 business days of receiving it. Our company will attempt to investigate and resolve a complaint within 40 business days of having received the complaint.

Conflict of Interest: It is the policy of our firm to avoid any conflict of interest when providing services to anyone. However, where an unavoidable conflict may arise we will advise you of this in writing before proceeding to provide any service. If you have not been advised of any such conflict you are entitled to assume that none arises.
